If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack the Product

  Place the unit and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the unit is inspected at our warehouse.
